Zenith Iva Link

Zenith Iva Link, 96, died at the Fair Haven Shelby County Home in Sidney on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 10:40 AM. She was born April 29, 1913 in Wapakoneta, Ohio the daughter of Harold and Alice (Ralston) Lenhart. She was married May 4, 1933 to Clarence Anthony Link and he died September 15, 1988. Surviving is one son, Richard Merlin Link of Kalaheo, Kauai, Hawaii; four grandchildren, Terry, Russell, Tammy and Chris; eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Two sisters and eight brothers are deceased. She was a homemaker and also worked at the Piqua Box Factory and the Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce at one time. She was a devout Catholic and was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney. Funeral services will be held at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home on Sunday, March 14, 2010 from 1-4 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Angels Endowment Fund, 324 S. Ohio Ave., Sidney, Ohio 45365. Envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.
