Rebecca Jane Hodge

Rebecca Jane Hodge, 90, of Sidney, Ohio,  passed away at Lima Memorial Hospice, Lima, Ohio on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 6:45 AM.   She was born April 20, 1927 in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Rosella (Schaaf) Watercutter and they are deceased.   She was married on January 29, 1946 to William Lowell Hodge and celebrated 71 years of marriage.  William  survives along with a daughter, Priscilla Ann Reier and husband Thomas Joseph Reier of Sidney, son-in-law, Virgil E. Gibson of Quincy, Ohio; five grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great great grandson , one great great granddaughter and one niece and one nephew.  One daughter, Constance Sue Gibson, one grandson, Rodney Reier, one sister, Monica Frilling and two brothers, Bob Watercutter and Franklin Joseph Watercutter are deceased.   She had been a cook at Sidney High School for five years and also had worked at Monarch in the blueprint department and at Shelby Manufacturing and Schlinder Elevator as a receptionist.   She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church and a member of the Altar Rosary Society and also a member of the Moose and VFW.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Rev.
