Kurt M. Crusey

Kurt M. Crusey, 51, of Sidney, Ohio, was called home to heaven on December 22nd, 2021, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney, Ohio. He was born August 8th, 1970, in Sidney, Ohio, the son of Elmer and Marjorie (Sherman) Crusey, who are deceased.   

Kurt is survived by his four brothers and sisters, Teresa (Bucky) Knapp of Sidney, Ohio, Lynne Layman of Urbana, Ohio, Neil (Lora) Crusey of Winchester, Virginia, Michael Crusey of Sidney, Ohio, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Kurt graduated from Shelby Hills School. Kurt worked for S&H Products for many years. Through the gift of giving, Kurt continued to give by being a donor, and by this gift of life Kurt was able to save several lives. Kurt will live on through his generosity. He enjoyed riding bikes, especially with his mom, before her passing, going for car rides, watching sports, especially golf and basketball, but most of all spending time with his brother, sisters, and friends. Kurt was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney, Ohio.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 30th, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Salm-McGill & Tangeman Funeral Home with Deacon Philip Myers officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney, Ohio. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney, Ohio on Thursday from 11am until time of service at the funeral home.
