Hulen Wesson, 80, of Sidney, went home to be with the Lord on August 21, 2021, at Wilson Health. He was born February 14, 1941, in Nashville, Arkansas, the son of Vernon and Susie (Gamble) Wesson, his parents preceded him in death.
Hulen, is survived by: three sisters, Ann (Fred Williams, deceased) Wesson of Winchester, California; Emma Jean (Wayne, deceased) Carr of Carson, California; Nettie Wesson of Winchester, California; and one brother, Charles Wesson of Sidney, Ohio. Hulen was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Susie Glover, and Margie Moreno along with his brothers, Cecil and Tyree Wesson.
Hulen attended Kettlersville Elementary and Anna High School. He retired as an over the road truck driver. Hulen loved to go fishing, driving truck, watching old western movies, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends. He was of the Baptist faith.
Hulen will be cremated and a graveside service will be held, Monday, September 13th, 2021 at 11AM at Pearl Cemetery, Sidney, Ohio. Visitation and Memorial Services will be Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home, 502 S. Ohio Ave. Sidney Ohio, from 11am –1pm. Services will follow at 1 pm at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor David Wynn. Online condolences may be left for the Wesson family at www.salm-mcgillandtangemanfh.com.
