Celesta M. Lochtefeld

Celesta M. Lochtefeld, 80, 108 W. Russell Rd., Sidney, Ohio died at the Pavilion nursing home in Sidney, Ohio on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at 7:10 PM. She was born September 29, 1923 in Ft. Recovery, Ohio the daughter of Joe and Anna (Jutte) Huelskamp and they are deceased. She moved to Sidney in 1955 from Frenchtown, Ohio and she married Eugene Paul Lochtefeld on November 8, 1952 and he survives along with five children, Linda Harris and her husband Mark of Troy, Ohio; Susan Erbes and her husband Jeff of Piqua, Ohio; Robert Joseph and his wife Theresa of Columbus, Ohio; David of Salt Lake City, Utah; and Anthony and his wife Brenda of Boston, Massachusetts; thirteen grandchildren, Alicia Chiu, Bonnie Harris, Matthew Harris, Jessica Harris, Lindsey Harris, Jennifer Erbes, Kathryn Erbes, Anna Lochtefeld, Abigail Lochtefeld, Pauline Lochtefeld, Joy Lochtefeld, Rose Lochtefled and Keith Matthews; one brother, Ivo Huelskamp and his wife Norma of Topeka, Kansas, three sisters, Ethel Boerger and husband Carl of St. Henry, Ohio; Norma Minneman and husband Bill of Clayton, Ohio; and Dolores Lange and husband Bob of Chaffee, Missouri; two brothers are deceased, Virgil and Urban Huelskamp and three sisters are deceased, Wilma Huelskamp, Sister Ann Margaret Huelskamp and Marjorie Wourms. She was a homemaker and a volunteer at Peters Pense in Sidney and a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2004 at 10:30 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Rev. Gerald Bensman. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney, Ohio. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 from 6-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Angels Endowment Fund, 324 S. Ohio Ave., Sidney, Ohio 45365 and envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.
