Joey Stone

Joseph “Joey” Lee Stone, age 50, of Piqua, passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 27, 2025. He was born on March 22, 1975, to the late Joseph and Rosella (Hensley) Stone.

Joey leaves behind his 3 son's - Joseph Tayler Stone, Christopher Roy Stone, and Austin Mathew Stone, as well as one granddaughter - Nelly Louise Gail Stone, and one grandchild on the way.

He is also survived by his sister, Beth (Jeff) Griffith of Piqua, Ohio; brother, Rocky Stone of London, Ohio; nieces, Leah Stone and Kayla Griffith; nephews, Jeffrey Griffith and Joseph Griffith, all of Piqua, Ohio; as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Visitation from 9:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Salm-McGill & Tangeman Funeral Home, with Pastor Arnold G. Martin and Rev. Mark Strunk.
