Betty Jo Palmisano

Betty Jo Palmisano, 78, of Sidney, passed away on October 25, 2025, at Wilson Health at 11:37 PM. She was born on March 11, 1947, to the late Gus and Catherine (Carey) Palmisano.
She is survived by her best friend, Jeanne Howell, of Sidney, as well as her cousins – Jim Palmisano, Judy (John) Drum, and Bob (Frances) Palmisano, all of Sidney, and several second cousins.
She attended Miami – Jacobs College, and started her career at Chase Bank, in which she retired after 41 years of loyal dedication to her community. Betty Jo enjoyed camping, and following the Dayton Flyers Basketball Team. She will be deeply missed by her friend Jeanne, her family, friends, and her community.
Betty Jo was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church where a Mass of a Christian Burial will be held on Friday – October 31, 2025, at 10:30 AM, with Father John Tonkin, with burial following at Graceland Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Salm – McGill & Tangeman Funeral Home on Friday – October 31, 2025, from 9 AM until 10 AM.
