Wilma G. (Stock) Sigg

Wilma G. Sigg, 94, of Dorothy Love Retirement Community, 2500 N. Kuther Rd., Apt. 123, Sidney, Ohio, passed away at Dorothy Love Retirement Community on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 5:40 PM after a brief illness.   She was born November 29, 1920 in Defiance, Ohio the daughter of Edward and L. Faye (Rethmel) Stock and they are deceased.   She was married to Sylvin Sigg on June 23, 1945 and he passed away on October 28, 2003.   She is survived by five sons, Jim Sigg and wife Linda of West Chester, Ohio, Joe Sigg and wife Linda of Glendale, Arizona, Tom Sigg of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Mike Sigg and wife Carol of Columbus, Ohio and Dan Sigg and wife Cathy of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and one brother, John Stock and wife Mary Jean of Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Wanda Stock and Mary Lou Schultz and three brothers, Darwin, Barton and Millard Stock are deceased.   Mrs. Sigg attended Bowling Green State University and St. Francis College in Fort Wayne, Indiana.   She was a retired kindergarten teacher with the Antwerp Schools, Antwerp, Ohio and a member of the State Retired Teacher’s Association.   She was of the Methodist faith.   Memorial services will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Amos Chapel at Dorothy Love with Chaplain Larry Oberdorf officiating.   Burial will be at a later date at Evansport Cemetery, Evansport, Ohio.   Memorial contributions may be made to the Dorothy Love Life Care Fund, 3003 W.
