Mollie E. Riley

Mollie E. Riley, 92, passed away at the Sidney Care Center, Sidney, Ohio on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 4:15 PM.   She was born April 15, 1923 in Niota, Tennessee the daughter of Frank and Linnie (Decker) Williams and they are deceased.   She was married in 1946 to Dale Lester Riley and he passed away on October 1, 1978.  Surviving are five daughters, Lillian Heatherly and husband George of Sidney, Ohio; Helen Patton and husband Kenny of Oliver Springs, Tennessee; Marvie Steel of Sidney, Ohio, Beverly Beaver and husband Harold of Sidney, Ohio and Doris Linton of Tipp City, Ohio;   Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.   Two sons, Ralph Michael Riley and Clifford Dale Riley are deceased.  Mrs. Riley worked at a chair factory at one time and was also a child care provider.   She read her Bible daily and was a faithful church member.   She loved her family and parties with the family.   Funeral services will be held at the Wagner Ave. Church of Sidney in Sidney on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Shane Jackson.   Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens, Sidney.   Friends may call at the church from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.   Memorial contributions may be made to the Wagner Ave. Church of God in Sidney and envelopes will be available at the church.   Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney is handling the funeral arrangements and condolences may be expressed to the Riley family on Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home’s web site at:   www.salm-mcgillandtangemanfh.com
