Louise Elizabeth Wilt

Louise Elizabeth (Reiss) Wilt, 83, Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney, Ohio formerly of 433 E. Russell Rd., Sidney, Ohio died at Dorothy Love on Friday, October 22, 2004 at 11:20 PM. She was born August 25, 1921 in McCartyville, Ohio the daughter of Anthony and Frances (Lehmkuhl) Crown and they are deceased. She was married to Carl Reiss and he died in 1961. In July of 1970 she married Robert Wilt and he died in April of 1998. Surviving are two sons, Rick Reiss and wife Barbara of Sidney; Randy Reiss of Sidney; five step-children, Terry Wilt and wife Sandy of Botkins, Ohio; Dennis Wilt and wife June of Dublin, Ohio; Bob Wilt and wife Laura of Sidney; Larry Wilt of Troy, Ohio; and Diane Hicks and husband Ken of Pasco, Ohio; five grandchildren; eleven step-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Richard (Marcella) Huecker of Sidney; Mrs. Vernon "Bud" (Mary Ann) Gaier of Columbiana, Ohio; and Mrs. Cyril (Marilyn) Behr of Botkins, Ohio; She graduated from Sidney High School in 1939 and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary where she was past president, member of the Sidney-Shelby County Senior Citizens and was an avid bowler and avid dancer. She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church. She worked at Copeland Corp. for 53 years retiring in 1998 as an executive secretary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at 10:30 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Rev. James Reutter. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 26, 2004 from 4-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Angels Endowment Fund, 324 S.
