I remember all the good times we had fishing and frog gigging we did together. You were more of an older brother than a cousin when we were growing up. May you rest in peace.

My sincere condolences for the entire family. I remember Mike coming out and fishing at our pond many times. I would go out and talk with him. He always checked on my garden. He knew everything about gardening and could help me with solving pest and other problems I would have. I can remember him setting on his lawn chair with two poles in the water. Also, him and Dean catching the snapping turtle. He will be missed.

To the family of Mr. Michael Sherman:

I would like to express my condolences to you for the loss of your husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love. But the Bible holds out a hope. It indicates that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. At John 5:28, Jesus promised that millions now dead will live again on this earth and have the prospect of remaining on it forever under peaceful, happy conditions. They will enjoy perfect health and will never have to die again. Since Jesus made these promises, we can be certain that he is both willing and able to fulfill them.

Mary, Dean, Missy and family,
How very sorry I am for your loss. I have such fond memories of our families sharing fun times together. Mike was a wonderful friend to my Dad, and I am quite certain they are together now, sharing stories from their youth. I know how difficult the days ahead will be, but my wish is that you can smile through the tears as you reflect on the good times; I know there were many. With much love and my deepest condolences,
Di
