Danny (as we always called him) spent a lot of time in and around our house as we were growing up on Highland Ave. He was a genuinely nice human being, a sweetheart to talk to, and a loving soul. God will bless his gentle soul and give him the peace that he deserves.....our love and prayers go out to Diane, Bob and all the family.

My condolences to the Schulze family. Though it's been awhile since I've seen Dan, I have lots of memories from adventures when we were young, and it was always great to run into him later in life. I'm saddened by his passing and wish you strength in this difficult time.

Any tribute to Danny Schulze must take in an amazing spread of memories, experiences, and emotions. Less than a month separates our birthdays. We grew up and tasted the life in a small town. I cannot begin to know the turmoil Danny lived with since Vietnam. I laugh with the kid. I embrace the man. I doff my hat to the entrepreneur. I will raise a glass for having known Danny.

I stand at attention and salute the soldier.

From John 11:22
22 "Even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You."
23 Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again."
24 Martha said to Him, "I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day."

Peace be with you, Brother. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Words cannot express my heartfelt sadness at the passing of my dear Uncle Danny. Sweet, kind, funny, & ruggedly handsome-he was special and always made me feel that way, too. I will always remember him happy, as I last saw him many years ago.
My prayers and thoughts are with you all, my Schulze family, especially Diane &Tom, for all the love and support you gave him when he needed it. I wish I could be there with you all to honor Danny's life and memories we have of him.
I take comfort knowing he is with his Almighty Father in heaven, and lovingly welcomed by many of his family, friends, and fellow soldiers who left this earth before him.
Dear Danny-now you can rest in peace.

Danny was the gentlest of souls and the most welcoming of friends. We had many great times together growing up. We treasured his friendship like a brotherhood and thought about him often during his times of struggle. I got to see Danny about 3 months ago at The Hole In The Wall (what he called his house) and we didn't miss a beat. Danny has always been in our hearts on our minds and in our prayers. That will remain the same throughout time. I can picture the scene right now: Danny pitching, Brother Terry Kramer catching and Brother Tom Kramer goading them both from the stands. Rest In Peace, Daniel. You are in our hearts forever.

Sorry for your loss. Danny was a big part of my teenage years, was always a great time. Danny had a smile for everone and always kindhearted. I moved away to Kentucky. But would return every year at Christmas to visit relatives. Ialways made a stop at his sea food shop for lobster and shrimp to take home for New Years. Enjoyed reminiscing the good old days........
