Jim Doak was one of the best men I ever knew He was a good husband and Father and he always took care of his family. My children and I have never forgot how Jim and Betty took care of us when we needed help the most. I never had a brother, but Jim was the brother I never had. You will be missed, JIm. Love Olive Gail, Christine, Herb, Kim, Sam, Tommy James.

my uncle jim was the most decent, loving, man I knew in my younger life.he was more of a father figure than my own father and truly more honest and caring.he never turned us away and always found room, and always had a smile, tease, and hug for us. we all loved him very much.yet i celebrate his passing as there will only be happiness and his loving wife waiting for him,and never again will he suffer or be lost or sad.till we meet again in heaven i bid you goodbye. i will always think of you with love in my heart. we will miss you but are so happy for you. enjoy eternity in heaven with your beloved. your loving neice chris.
