We were so saddened to hear of Norbs death. I knew last we spoke it would be soon. I really liked your Dad and felt a closeness to him. The last time he and I spoke he was doing so good. I had no idea.... I know he and Peggy is both at peace and I do feel good about that. Paul and I have both been blessed having two more people in our lives, although only for a short time. If there is anything we can do please let me know. Sandy Roach

Linda (Kempfer) Gephart

My parents became friends of your parents thru Joe and Phyliss Thompson. I worked at ODOT in the Permit Dept. and saw your Dad regularly when he would come in for DP&L. He was such a kind man and a pleasure to be around. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

I had the pleasure of taking care of Norbert for several weeks. He was a strong man, with a big heart. To his wonderful family, may his journey back home comfort you in knowing he is with his love and the Lord.
